Whilst your Lockwood Umbrella carefully crafted by hand using a reinforced steel mechanism, appreciate that it is not indestructible. Please refrain from using in extreme conditions.

this guarantee does not cover damage you may inflict upon the umbrella. This includes using it in ‘unreasonable’ conditions.

After this 1 year period you can still have your LOCKWOOD umbrella repaired. We run a repair general service overhaul for Lockwood Umbrellas only.

All umbrellas are made to order and as such cannot be returned and refunded unless damaged on receipt
