A well rolled umbrella not only looks better, but places less strain on the mechanism’s joints and ribs. To ensure your LOCKWOOD UMBRELLA lasts a lifetime, please follow these points when furling:

fig. 1 - Grip tips between thumb and fore finger ensuring all panels are free of the frame.

fig. 2 - Whilst still gripping the tips, proceed to pull each panel around the frame with your opposing hand.

fig. 3 - With your hand still gripped, rotate the umbrella whilst running your free hand down the umbrella pressing firmly before fastening the band.
