We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and worldwide. Orders placed after 18:00 GMT ship on the next business day.

Standard shipping is £20 per order.

Standard shipping is £40 per order.

Worldwide

Shipping costs depend on your location and are shown when you place your order.

Changes to orders

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@lockwoodumbrellas.com.

Delays and refused packages

We deliver within the promised timeframe except where delays are beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, carrier interruptions or customs. Shipping costs, duties and taxes cannot be refunded. If a package is refused or returned to sender, return shipping and any extra fees are deducted from an eligible refund.
